These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by AI Lead Flow (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the Client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By signing a service agreement or using our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 616-202-5657. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

1. Scope of Services

AI Lead Flow provides marketing and sales automation services, which may include:

Facebook and Instagram advertising management

Lead generation campaigns for remodelers

AI calling, texting, and follow-up systems

Qualification and appointment booking

CRM setup and system integrations

Ongoing optimization and support

The specific services provided will be outlined in the signed Service Agreement.


2. Fees & Payment Terms

All setup fees are due immediately upon signing.

Performance-based fees (per booked consultation or per recurring client) are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

All invoices must be paid within 5 business days of receipt.

Failure to pay may result in paused services, removal of access, or account termination.

No refunds are offered for setup fees, completed work, ad spend, or generated leads.


3. Guarantee Terms

If your service package includes a “Performance Guarantee,” the following conditions apply:

Client must maintain active ad spend at the agreed-upon level.

Client must respond to communication, approvals, and system requests within 48 hours.

Client must attend scheduled appointments or provide availability.

Client must not pause, interrupt, throttle, or disable campaigns, automations, or tools during the guarantee period.

Client must report booked consultations or project outcomes accurately.

Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee.


4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide accurate business information

Maintain access to ad accounts, CRM, and communication platforms

Ensure someone is available to run estimate consultations

Fulfill booked appointments professionally and on time

Follow recommendations regarding lead handling processes

Not misuse, copy, or resell the systems created by AI Lead Flow


5. Advertising Platforms & Data Access

AI Lead Flow requires access to Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and other tools needed for delivery.

Client acknowledges that platform changes, suspensions, or outages (Meta, Google, third-party tools) are outside of AI Lead Flow’s control.


6. Lead Quality & Responsibility

AI Lead Flow delivers exclusive, qualified estimate consultations, not guaranteed closed deals.

The Client is fully responsible for closing sales from booked consultations.

No agency can guarantee job closings as that depends on the Client’s pricing, sales ability, and internal process.


7. Intellectual Property

All ad copy, scripts, automations, workflows, and systems remain the intellectual property of AI Lead Flow unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Client receives a license to use the systems while actively paying for the service.


8. Term & Termination

Agreement is month-to-month unless stated otherwise.

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

All outstanding performance fees must be paid before cancellation is finalized.

The setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

AI Lead Flow may terminate immediately for:

Non-payment

Abuse or misuse of systems

Fraudulent or misleading business practices

Violations of these Terms


9. Limitation of Liability

AI Lead Flow is not liable for:

Lost revenue, lost profits, or indirect damages

Client’s inability to close deals or fulfill appointments

Changes in platform policies (Meta, Google, CRMs)

Business issues such as staffing shortages, scheduling conflicts, or internal mismanagement

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the previous 30 days.


10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information confidential. This includes strategies, processes, customer data, and proprietary systems.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan.
Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.


12. Acceptance

By using AI Lead Flow’s services or signing the Service Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
